THINGS TO BE CLEAR BEFORE STARTING UP SOMETHING

ONE --> HAVE A CLEAR VISION:-

First, you need to have a clear vision of what u want to do and how you wanna do it.To have a good vision, communicate your vision and motivate people to give their best.practice patience under pressure because patience is the important thing that an entrepreneur/businessman should have.

TWO --> HIRE TALENTED AND HONEST WORKERS:-

Your workers are your strength as you can't do all the work you need a team. choose a good team of workers who are honest and who will enjoy their work.Motivate your workers so that they will work efficiently and politely.If you want to find the best and most affordable talent, you may not find it next door. Be willing to hire remote workers to get great work done.

THREE --> FIND A CO-FOUNDER:-

You should have a mate who has the same passion as you have so that you'll get motivated and work more.Cofounders can provide the skills you lack, and take you further than you ever expected you’d go.

FOUR --> Work with someone who pushes you to the extreme:-

One of the reasons why Steve Jobs was able to grow Apple into one of the world’s most innovative and valuable brands was because he pushed people.push your people and also be with people who are talented than you so you will have a zeal to push yourself.

Five --> Don't focus on money:-

Don't necessarily worry about where an income will come from. A good product/service will always find a way to make money.Don't make money as your motivation.

Disney is one of the richest companies in the world. Chick-Fil-A is one of the most profitable restaurants in the world. How are these two companies so successful, rich, and generous all at the same time?

It’s because they prioritize people over money.

They put others first. They are willing to serve others selflessly and people are willing to pay them for it! Albert Pine wrote, “What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal.”

In other words, money doesn’t make us happy. Money can’t buy us anything eternal. But, the way we treat others will buy us, and them, more than we could ever dream of purchasing with the green in our wallet.

SIX --> Spend time and money on marketing:-

Marketing is one of the best things that you can do for your business. When you market your product or service, you are getting it in front of the people who will actually buy it. Marketing is not a waste of time. It’s one of the best early investments that you can make in your business.Introduce your service/product to users in a creative way.Add humor to your content that you are marketing.

Love the team, love the product and love the mission, and it will get you through the lows.
