10-morning habits of geniuses
1. Remember your dreams:
Why should one remember his/her dreams?
--> You'll be working hard on complex problems in your day and when you sleep your unconscious mind will be still working and you'll come up with incredible solutions.
2.Make your bed:
A clean environment is important for a clean mind. If you will clean your bed it is first success in your day again at the end of the day you return to your success(bed).
--> How you do anything is how you do everything.
3.Drink lots of water:
Do you know the fact that 80% of the brain is of water?
--> You should not dehydrate your brain. Your brain gets dehydrated when you sleep so its necessary to drink a glass full of water to jump-start your brain.
4.Brush your teeth with the opposite hand:
Brushing your teeth with the opposite hand enhances the neural connections to your brain so you can work more effectively.
5.Deep breathing exercises:
The other thing which is important to your brain with water is oxygen.your brain is only 2% of your body weight but it consumes 20% of nutrients and oxygen that you intake.so the breathing exercises are necessary to supply a required amount of oxygen to your brain.
6 & 7. Make yourself some tea & write journals:
Tea should have ingredients like cola and black pepper ...etc or lemon tea.
Make notes while you are drinking tea. plan out your day and write down the things for which you are grateful and things which you have.
--> Geniuses like Einstein, Leanardo Da Vinci had a habit of writing journals for which they are famous for.
8.Morning Workout:
Do your daily exercises.it helps in increasing the rate of blood flow and remains you active the whole day.
9.Eat foods which are energizers for your brain:
1.Avocados
2.Blueberries
3.Almonds
4.Milk
10.Daily reading:
You should spend at least 30 minutes to read. It increases your memory power concentration. A CEO reads 4 to 6 books a month but an average person reads 1 or 2 books a month. Read a book every week.
